2025 Assessment

In accordance with provision of Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Bradford Place ARTICLE V ASSESSMENTS; SECTION 3 Establishment of Budget and Assessments; ITEM (b); official notice is hereby given to all owners of lots of land in the BRADFORD PLACE subdivision, St. Charles County, Missouri, that the annual assessment for the year 2025 has been fixed at one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per lot and that such assessment is hereby levied against each lot effective January 1, 2025.  Further, in accordance with said provisions, each yearly assessment shall be due and payable on or before thirty days after it has been fixed and levied.

2025 Assessment:   $125.00

Due and payable on or before January 1, 2025.  All delinquent assessments will become tax liens on the property and shall carry an 18% per annum interest rate on the unpaid balance effective July 1st.  Attorney and lien fees shall also be the responsibility of the delinquent lot owner.  Access the tabs within the website www.bradfordplaceletter.com to view the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Bradford Place and Bylaws documents for additional information.
