If you walk: Shelter #3 is the one closest to the walkway from our subdivision to the park. If you drive: Shelter #3 is the pavilion at the back of the park. There is ample parking, and it is not far from the restrooms.

At this year’s meeting, we'll be voting on three board open positions:

1. President
2. Vice President 
3. Architectural Review Member. 

Each is a three-year position ending in 2023.  Please, reach out to any of our board members listed at the bottom of this newsletter If you have any interest in serving on the board, or if you have any questions about what all is entailed. They will be happy to share the information and answer any questions you may have.  I encourage anyone who is interested to run for any of these positions.

Also as a reminder, in the event, you cannot attend the meeting you have the ability to vote by proxy. 

The form can be found HERE on our subdivision website.  

If you plan on voting by proxy please, let the board know prior to the meeting so we can make sure no unauthorized proxy forms are turned in.  Make sure the person who is voting for you knows how you want your vote applied.  The ability to vote by proxy has always been in our covenants, but to my knowledge, it hasn’t really been advertised and I’ve never seen an official form.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email or call any of our board members.
