We are calling a special meeting of the Bradford Place Homeowners on Tuesday January 21st, 2020 in the Henderson Elementary School Multipurpose room to discuss and vote on changing the time of year we collect our assessments. 

The proposal is to move it from June 1st to January 1st in 2021 to simplify and improve our budget process, as well as budget tracking and reporting transparency. 

If approved

- The 2020 assessment due June 1st  would be reduced to $50, and would cover expenses for the remainder of the year.  

- The 2021 annual assessment would once again be for $100, and would be due January 1st, 2021.
